ENTRY CONDITIONS

Accepting these Terms

These Terms govern access to and use of Outbid.today, including submitting a product, purchasing fuel, visiting listed products, using private management or claim links, and receiving a TrendsFast Orbit Pack. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Race Rules.

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding agreement. If you act for a company or product owner, you confirm that you have authority to bind that party and to promote the submitted product. If you do not agree, do not use or pay for the service.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION

A daily paid-placement race

Outbid.today is a promotional product-discovery service. Successfully paid fuel determines the active mission's ranking: cumulative fuel first, then the earliest time the current total was reached, then a stable product ID. One paid US dollar equals one displayed fuel unit.

The mission resets at midnight UTC. Daily placement and daily telemetry reset; product pages, lifetime statistics, mission records, winner records, public badges, and prize status can remain. Outbid.today may correct calculation, processing, display, or attribution errors when supported by the underlying records.

PAYMENTS

Checkout, confirmation, and reversals

Payments are one-time US-dollar payments through Polar-hosted Checkout. The minimum first launch is $5, the minimum refuel is $1, and the default maximum single payment is $10,000. The current limits shown at checkout apply. Amounts must be whole dollars.

A redirect from Polar does not prove payment. Fuel is added only after a valid successful-payment webhook is processed. Checkout does not reserve a position, and any estimated rank or amount to pass another product can become stale while checkout is open.

Payment acceptance is fail-closed. Sandbox Checkout requires the configured Polar sandbox and PAYMENTS_ENABLED. Live Checkout also requiresPOLAR_LIVE_APPROVED, which may be enabled only after Polar explicitly approves Outbid.today's exact advertising and paid-placement model. Sandbox or general account access is not live approval.

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, payments are final once fuel is delivered. Being outbid, failing to receive an expected volume of traffic, choosing the wrong amount, or changing a campaign is not a refund reason. A succeeded Polar refund removes the corresponding net fuel exactly once, recalculates active rankings, and leaves an auditable payment and activity record.

RANK & EXPOSURE

No position or traffic guarantee

Rank can change immediately because another product pays, a payment settles later, fuel is reversed, or a listing is moderated. Outbid.today does not guarantee a rank, duration at a rank, mission win, viewer count, impression, click, conversion, search-engine result, revenue, or other outcome.

Impression, click, CTR, live-presence, and time-at-rank figures are best-effort operational measurements. They can be delayed, deduplicated, filtered for abuse, corrected, or unavailable. Missing data is not replaced with fabricated data. Service interruptions may affect visibility without extending the UTC mission.

A displayed self-reported ROI uses revenue supplied by the holder of the product's private management capability and a snapshot of confirmed net fuel recorded when that report was saved. Outbid.today does not independently verify the reported revenue, conversion attribution, profit, or resulting outcome.

YOUR MATERIAL

Submission rights and responsibilities

You retain ownership of material you submit. You grant Outbid.today a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and create social cards or mission records from the product name, pitch, URL, favicon, and related material for operating and promoting the service.

You represent that the information is accurate, you have all necessary rights, and its use does not violate privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, contract, or other rights. You are responsible for the destination and for material it begins serving after submission. Equivalent URL variants may be consolidated into one permanent product record.

If you publish attributed revenue or ROI, you represent that the amount is a defensible, good-faith attribution claim and is not fabricated or materially misleading. The claim is public and self-reported. We may label, hide, or remove it, and you may update or remove it through the valid private management link.

NO-FLY LIST

Acceptable use and prohibited listings

You must not use Outbid.today to submit, promote, distribute, or facilitate:

• malware, phishing, credential theft, harmful downloads, or unauthorized access;
• illegal products, illegal services, or unlawful conduct;
• adult sexual content or services;
• gambling, wagering, or unlicensed prize schemes;
• deceptive financial schemes, token scams, fraudulent fundraising, or misleading investment claims;
• impersonation, forged endorsement, or false affiliation;
• hate, extremist, terrorist, or targeted violent content;
• copyright or trademark abuse, counterfeit products, piracy, or other infringement;
• harmful files, deceptive redirects, cloaking, or destination changes used to evade review; or
• interference with the service, automated abuse, metric manipulation, security testing without permission, or attempts to reach blocked internal network destinations.

You may not create fake activity, manipulate impressions or clicks, conceal the identity of a destination, reuse a private management or claim link without authority, or represent that paid placement is an independent endorsement.

ENFORCEMENT

Removal, blocking, and investigation

Outbid.today may inspect a listing, remove or hide it, block its domain, restore it after review, restrict access, preserve relevant records, or cooperate with a lawful request when reasonably necessary for safety, integrity, rights, legal compliance, or these Terms. Prohibited listings can be removed even after payment.

Removal does not automatically entitle the payer to a refund. Where practical, you may request review at hello@outbid.today. Include enough information to identify the product and prove authorization; never email a full card number, private claim token, or password.

THIRD-PARTY DESTINATIONS

Sponsored links are not endorsements

Product visit links are paid outbound placements and are marked sponsored. A click may pass Outbid.today campaign parameters to the destination so the visit can be attributed by mission and placement. Listed products and their operators are independent third parties.

Outbid.today is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for listed companies merely because they appear in a mission. We do not control their availability, claims, products, security, terms, or privacy practices. Review a destination before relying on it or providing information.

DAILY WINNER PRIZE

TrendsFast Orbit Pack conditions

Reaching number one during a live mission creates no prize right. Only the number-one product recorded when the mission is finalized after midnight UTC is eligible for that mission's TrendsFast Orbit Pack. Before finalization, succeeded refunds, prohibited content, fraud, or a calculation correction can affect eligibility. Later refunds do not automatically rewrite the frozen winner or transfer that mission's prize.

The pack shown for the mission controls. By default it includes an AEO, SEO, GEO and AI-discoverability assessment, prioritized recommendations and roadmap, 5,000 promotional TrendsFast API credits, and a permanent winner badge. Credits are promotional, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may be subject to TrendsFast usage terms. The winner is responsible for taxes, if any.

Claim instructions go to the email collected for the successful Polar payment. The winner must safeguard the private claim URL, provide information reasonably needed for fulfilment, and claim before the displayed expiry. Entitlements may be marked eligible, ready to claim, claimed, fulfilled, or expired. Manual fulfilment can be used when no live TrendsFast integration is configured; no automated report is represented as complete unless it genuinely completed.

SERVICE OPERATION

Changes and availability

Outbid.today may maintain, secure, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We may change future mission limits, suggested amounts, Radar rotation, prize configuration, or these Terms. A change will not silently rewrite a completed mission's recorded paid totals or announced prize entitlement.

Material Terms changes apply prospectively from the stated effective date. Your continued use after that date signifies acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the service before making another payment.

RISK ALLOCATION

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Outbid.today disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing here excludes a warranty that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Outbid.today is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for a third-party destination. Our aggregate liability arising from a particular mission will not exceed the amount you paid to Outbid.today for that mission in the twelve months before the claim. This limitation does not apply where the law forbids it.

You will defend and indemnify Outbid.today against third-party claims arising from your destination, submitted material, lack of authority, infringement, or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

GENERAL TERMS

Contact, disputes, and the whole agreement

Contact hello@outbid.today first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly. These Terms are governed by applicable law; mandatory consumer protections and any court jurisdiction that cannot be waived remain unaffected.

If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights without consent; Outbid.today may assign these Terms with the service. These Terms, the Race Rules, and the Privacy Notice form the agreement about the service and replace prior statements on the same subject.
